1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ge99", "we", "us", "our" refers to ge99.io and the entity operating the platform.
• "Platform" refers to the ge99 website, mobile web application, and all associated services available at ge99.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on or accesses the ge99 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the ge99 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money BDT funds held in a player's ge99 account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by ge99 subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times bonus funds must be staked before a withdrawal can be initiated.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all ge99 transactions are denominated.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to actions listed in Section 10 of these Terms.

Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision. The singular includes the plural and vice versa. References to "including" mean "including without limitation".

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ge99.io or using any part of the Platform — including browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you enter into a legally binding agreement with ge99 and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or as an agent, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. ge99 does not accept registrations made by agents, proxies, or automated systems.

3 Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use the ge99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ge99 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and does not permit access to persons under this age under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted and you are not acting in contravention of any applicable law or regulation.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any other person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ge99 or had your account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of ge99 or its affiliated partners.

ge99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Access to the Platform may be suspended pending completion of age verification. Where verification cannot be completed to ge99's satisfaction, the account will be closed and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on ge99, you must register a personal account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

• Each individual may hold only one (1) ge99 account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited regardless of the device, payment method, or contact details used.
• Account registration must be completed by the individual who will use the account. Registrations on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• ge99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Each ge99 login must be used exclusively by the registered account holder.
• ge99 may require enhanced due-diligence documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during registration, before processing withdrawals, or as part of periodic account reviews.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

5 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ge99 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ge99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords. ge99 recommends using a unique password of at least 10 characters combining letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not access your ge99 account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings for an additional layer of protection.
• You must notify ge99 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified ge99 of a security breach in advance.

ge99 may, at its sole discretion, suspend or lock an account if unusual activity is detected, pending investigation. ge99 will not be liable for losses arising from such precautionary measures taken in good faith.

6 Deposits and Payment Methods

ge99 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional local bank transfer options may be available as displayed in the deposit section of your account dashboard.

• All deposit funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. ge99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed in the cashier section.
• ge99 does not charge deposit fees on standard BDT transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside ge99's control.
• Deposits are credited to your ge99 balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Most bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits credit instantly or within a few minutes.
• ge99 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that exceed internal thresholds, as part of its anti-money-laundering compliance procedures.
• ge99 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency, foreign currencies, or via payment methods not listed in the cashier section.

7 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction as displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account held in the same name as the ge99 registered account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• ge99 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 20–40 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 24 hours for other methods, subject to verification status.
• ge99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, source-of-funds review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real-money balance that has satisfied applicable wagering requirements is eligible for withdrawal.
• ge99 may impose withdrawal limits per day, per week, or per month as specified in the cashier section. These limits may be varied for verified players.

ge99 reserves the right to void and reclaim any withdrawal where it is subsequently established that the funds arose from fraudulent activity, exploitation of a system error, or breach of these Terms.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

ge99 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that specific bonus.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. ge99 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account status, payment method, or jurisdiction.
• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus offer once only. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times — including via multiple accounts — constitute abuse and may result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any balance derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Certain game types (e.g., live casino tables, progressive jackpot slots) may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• ge99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus structures — including low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements — may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

9 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the ge99 Platform are subject to the rules of the individual game or sports market, as displayed within that game or market. These general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on ge99:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ge99 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet except where a technical error has demonstrably affected the integrity of the bet.
• ge99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that is subsequently determined to have been affected by match-fixing, corruption, or any other integrity issue, regardless of whether the bet would have been a winning or losing one.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market as displayed at the time of placement.
• ge99 reserves the right to restrict maximum payouts on any single bet or accumulator. Maximum payout limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game or sports event, ge99 will apply its fair resolution policy to determine the outcome of affected bets. Where an unambiguous result cannot be determined, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• ge99 game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for virtual games and by real-time events for live casino and sportsbook markets. ge99 does not control or influence game outcomes.

Game-specific rules for live casino (including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi tables), slots (including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming titles), and crash games (including Spribe Aviator) are governed by the respective game provider's rules as displayed within each game interface.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ge99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a pseudonym, or assisting another person to register with false information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or circumvent security measures.
• Colluding with other players in any poker, table game, or sports betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display bugs to obtain funds, free spins, or other benefits not intended by ge99.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the ge99 Platform to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gambling intent.
• Using payment methods or accounts not registered in your own legal name.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, or attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools.
• Making threats, using abusive language, or harassing ge99 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of odds errors in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational betting.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ge99 Platform — including but not limited to the ge99 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, software, data, game assets, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ge99 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content from ge99.io without prior written authorisation from ge99.
• Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the exclusive intellectual property of those respective providers. ge99 operates these games under licence.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

12 Responsible Gaming

ge99 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gambling environment for all players. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from the account settings dashboard without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.

13 Suspension and Termination

• Failure to complete identity verification or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming referral request.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative account closure after notice.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the most recent verified payment method. ge99 may withhold funds pending resolution of any outstanding investigation.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ge99 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain account security as required under Section 5.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond ge99's reasonable control.
• Errors or inaccuracies in displayed odds, game information, or promotional content, where ge99 takes reasonable corrective action upon discovery.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

ge99's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits ge99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15 Privacy and Data

ge99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ge99 implements industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, secure data storage practices, and access controls to protect your personal and financial information. ge99 will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

16 Amendments to These Terms

ge99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ge99 will notify registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on ge99.io. The updated Terms will display the revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

17 Governing Language

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. English is the governing language for all legal and contractual purposes. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated or localised version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
